Detail

Machine frame and upper beam

  • The machine frame is a very precise and low-stress welded steel construction with a rigid bending beam and hydraulic cylinders on both sides
  • The large overhang and a narrow table provide plenty of scope for complex bending sequences

Hydraulic system

  • The hydraulic unit with tank is space-saving and stiffens the entire construction, placed at the top of the machine frame
  • The exact positioning of the upper beam is ensured by a torsion shaft, which connects the depth stops of both cylinders

Front support arms

  • Each support arm is easily movable, height-adjustable and stable
  • A stop bar on the support surface helps to align the workpiece

Bending tools

  • Promecam tool holders guarantee a comprehensive selection of bending tools
  • The manual quick clamping of the tool holder shortens the changing times
  • The die has 4 bending dies for a wide range of workpieces

Security and productivity

  • The safety concept is based on the latest CE regulations

Steering

  • All functions are entered and called up directly on the touchscreen
  • In manual mode, all axes can be positioned by motor and the set values are shown on the display
  • In semi-automatic operation, the values entered by the operator are approached directly
  • In automatic mode, programmed bending sequences are positioned automatically
  • 500 data sets can be stored in memory, and programs can also be saved externally and imported again
  • A data backup for the created programs is also possible according to the same principle
  • In addition to a USB interface, the machine also has a network connection on the control panel

Back gauge

  • The good stability of the NC-controlled back gauge is an important factor for the excellent machining precision
  • The linear guides and the large dimensioned ball screws require little maintenance and are robust
