Detail

The ABS 350 C is a fully automatic, horizontal miter band saw for series processing of solid material, tubes and profiles
The material is fed by driven rollers integrated into the vice
This efficient and economical solution has been tried and tested many times over and convinces with its robustness and precise cut
The saw frame is particularly stable, insensitive to oscillations and vibrations and can be swiveled manually by up to 45°
Very stable, adjustable carbide saw band guides ensure high vertical angle accuracy
The saw frame is lifted and the workpiece is powerfully clamped hydraulically
The feed of the saw frame can be finely adjusted via a hydraulic valve
Switches and controls are clearly arranged on the control panel integrated in the control cabinet
The touchscreen enables easy and clear programming for fully automatic operation
The infinitely variable speed motor transmits its power to the drive wheel of the saw blade via a deflection gear designed for continuous operation
Correct saw blade tension can be checked on a manometer
An automatic strip breakage control, a powerful coolant device and an effective chip brush round off the standard accessories
An additional roller conveyor and a small quantity cooling device are optionally available
