Machine frame
- A steel frame made from certified raw material combined with a modern design, vast experience and extensive production know-how result in above average rigidity and accuracy
- All mounting surfaces of the carefully welded and strain-free steel construction are machined on modern high-end CNC machining centers
- All components subject to tensile loads have been carefully constructed and designed with large radii to eliminate the risk of welding cracks
- The large top beam is prestressable, and therefore optimized for lowest possible deformation
- The measuring system holder features a smart design and compensates for deformations at maximum loads to ensure constant reliable precision
- Guideways, piston bearings and seals are designed for optimum vertical load absorption ensuring long tool life

Crowning
