Highlights

A divider is a universal device for positioning a workpiece at a precise angle, so that it can be machined on its face or side surface. Direct dividers include a disc with a single row of notches or boreholes that can be stopped in a particular position with a wedge or bolts. For easier operation, divider sections that are not needed can be covered, so the desired separation can be set easily and reliably.

Product Details

The S 200 Direct Indexing Head can be used in a horizontal or vertical setup. The indexing unit is enclosed in the resistant cast-iron body of the divider, where it is protected from contamination to ensure precise and constant divisions of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 24. An easy-to-read circumferentially mounted Nonius scale provides exact divisions up to 360º. A sturdy clamping lever is provided for the torsion-proof fixture of the chuck at any set position
