Highlights

It is a panel processing centre, which is designed for serial production, with a selectable language

option, flexible working, office program option, fast process and program change ability.

The frontcarrier is an air flotation table which is produced from derlin material.

It is designed for mass and precise processing.

It has 2 clamps to carry the material on x axis way.

The carriers stroke is 4000 mm.

With a drilling unit able to process on 4 sides and surface of the workpiece the routing unit can

make operations like ; circular emptying, curved edge cutting, corner rounding and linear shape.

The Omaksan works program is available for installing to office computer and control from there.

Apart from this, the programme has a remote control feature.

The program is designed to be user orientated.

Manufacturers can receive data from the companies proposed program.

A conveyor system is offered as an optional extra for unloading.

It carries the processed workpiece out from the operations area if required.

A CE certificate is offered as standard.

1 Year parts and labour warranty and commissioning as standard.

Delivery , Commissioning & Staff Training

Clients will be responsible for their own offloading and site positioning on site,

and for bringing required services to the machine system.

Staff Training takes place in Turkey for up to 4 staff.

Clients will be responsible for their own air fares, hotels and

food and board whilst undergoing training.

Commissioning once the above conditions are achieved, is undertaken

by the manufacturer under the supervision of Traxx Industries Limited.

Warranty

The machine system is warranted by our manufacturing partner for a period

of 12 months single shift 8 hour day.

Longer periods of warranty can be applied for subject to seperate quotation.
