The DeWalt DW733 is a portable planer thicknesser designed for professional tradespeople working in small workshops or requiring mobility on site. This compact thicknesser combines a powerful 1800W motor with precision engineering to deliver smooth, accurate material removal up to 317mm wide and 152mm thick.

The four-post column design ensures the cutter head moves smoothly and accurately, whilst the head lock facility eliminates any movement during operation for a superior surface finish. Large infeed and outfeed tables provide excellent material support when working with longer timber, making this machine ideal for cabinetmakers, joiners and carpenters preparing timber for furniture, doors, flooring and general joinery applications.

The graduated depth crank, thickness scale and material removal gauge enable precise material removal up to 2mm per pass, with an 8m/min feed rate ensuring efficient workflow. Mounting holes in the base allow permanent bench installation, whilst the compact dimensions and integrated dust shroud make this thicknesser equally suited to site work where space is limited.
