This offers powerful CNC programming and full control over the entire bending process. In combination with the various options for the backgauge, these press brakes can be adapted to a wide range of requirements.

• Machine frame and upper beam
  • The machine frame is a very precise and stress-relieved welded steel construction
  • The machine frames are milled on modern 5-axis milling machines in one setting - more precise bends and reliability
  • All components subject to tensile loads are carefully designed and designed with large radii to prevent welding cracks
  • The upper beam and table are optimized for the least possible deformation
  • The upper beam is designed in such a way that the guides, piston bearings and seals can optimally absorb the load vertically
  • All components are provided with two coats of paint at least 60 microns thick in a modern painting and drying facility

• The controllers in this series offer the simplest CNC programming based on Delem's touch-screen graphical user interface.
• The new compact DA-53T is a state-of-the-art complete touch control solution for synchronized press brakes.
• This controller, which can control up to 4 axes as standard, can be built into control cabinets or used in an optional swivel arm housing.
• A 10.1" wide color TFT screen with high resolution and multi-touch screen technology with industrial quality allows access to the proven Delem user interface.
